Reservation Fee and Booking

A non refundable Reservation Fee equal to 50% of project total is required to reserve your place on the Studio calendar and confirm availability for your project.

This fee must be paid before any work begins, including research, strategy, creative direction, design, writing, revisions, or production.

The Reservation Fee goes toward your total service investment unless stated otherwise in writing.

The Reservation Fee is non refundable in all circumstances.

Your project is not confirmd until the Reservation Fee (or full payment when required) has been received and cleared.

Payment Policy

Projects priced under $1,500 must be paid in full before any services begin.

Payment due dates are listed on your invoice and/or contract. If a payment is late, the Studio may pause work until the account is current.

Past due invoices may incur a late fee:

A $25 late fee is applied after 3 days overdue. After that, an additional $25 per day will be applied until the balance is paid in full. Work may be paused until the account is current.

Collections and Chargebacks. If a chargeback is filed or payment is reversed, work stops immediately. Client remains responsible for any completed work, fees, and costs incurred.

No Refunds Policy

Because Studio services are custom, time based, and capacity reserved, all payments are non refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, Reservation Fees, retainers, installments, and paid in full projects.

No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction with style, preference changes, lack of usage, delays caused by Client, or early termination.

Client Responsibilities

To protect your timeline and results, Client agrees to:

  • Provide clear, thorough direction and feedback.

  • Communicate ideas, goals, and preferences effectively and completely.

  • Deliver all required assets and information on time, including brand materials, copy, photos, product details, access credentials, and approvals.

  • Review and respond within agreed review windows.

Turnaround time does not begin until all deliverables have been received (see Section 6). If deliverables are not received within 2 days of payment, your project may be delayed based on the Studio’s current schedule.

Scope of Work and Scope Creep

Your scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are defined exclusively in your contract and invoice.

Out of Scope Requests. Any request not included in the signed scope is out of scope. Out of scope work will require:

  • A written change order or updated agreement

  • Additional fees

  • A timeline adjustment

Examples include additional deliverables, new concepts beyond the agreed direction, major content changes after approval, added pages, platform changes, or expanding the project’s purpose midstream.

Turnaround Time and Project Timelines

Turnaround time does not begin until all deliverables have been received. This includes any required intake forms, content, assets, approvals, and access.

Standard Timelines (estimates):

  • Mini Visual Identity: 1 week

  • Brand Identity: 4 to 6 weeks

  • Brand Strategy and Identity: 8 to 10 weeks

  • Web Design: 8 to 12 weeks

exact timelines will be discussed in consultation and listed exclusively in your contract. If there is a conflict between a general estimate and your contract, the contract controls.

If the Studio is waiting on Client feedback, approvals, or deliverables, the timeline pauses automatically until received.

Rush Services

Rush services are subject to availability and must be approved in writing.

  • 1 to 2 day rush: 50% of the project total added

  • Same day rush: 75% of the project total added

Rush services do not change revision limits unless stated in writing.

Revisions Policy

The Studio includes a maximum of 2 revision rounds unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Additional Revisions. After 2 revision rounds, additional revisions are billed at $25 per revision.

What Counts as a Revision. A revision is a change request after a deliverable is presented. Consolidated feedback is required. Multiple messages sent separately may be treated as separate revisions.

Changes that alter the agreed direction, add new content, introduce new references, or require rebuilding an approved concept may be treated as scope creep and billed separately.

Cancellations, Pauses, and Abandonment

Client Cancellation. If Client cancels at any time:

  • All payments remain non refundable.

  • Any completed work and any committed costs remain due.

Client requested pauses may result in rescheduling based on Studio availability and may require a restart fee: $250

If Client becomes unresponsive for 14 days, the project may be considered abandoned. Restarting later is subject to availability and may require a restart fee and updated pricing.

Portfolio and Promotion Rights

Unless Client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins, the Studio may display finished work and process excerpts for portfolio use, social media, case studies, and self promotion.

Client agrees the Studio may reference the Client name, logo, and project type for promotional purposes.

If confidentiality is required, it must be agreed in writing and may require an additional fee.

Intellectual Property and Usage

Until all invoices are paid in full, all concepts, drafts, and deliverables remain the property of the Studio.

Once paid in full, Client receives rights to use the final, approved deliverables as intended. The Studio retains rights to display work in portfolio as described above.

Client is responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content they provide, including photos, fonts, and copy.

Communication and Professional Conduct

The Studio values respectful collaboration. Harassment, abusive language, or hostile communication may result in termination of services without refund.

Tools, Platforms, and Third Party Costs

Client is responsible for third party costs such as hosting, domains, platform subscriptions, stock licenses, printing, and app fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

The Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or performance issues caused by third party platforms.

These Studio Policies may be updated occasionally. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
